You can initiate account and data deletion here or from Profile → Delete account in the mobile app.
What is removed
Your profile details, sign-in credentials and sessions, your blogs, products, person/property submissions, comments, cart and personal inquiry data.
What is retained
Order contacts are retained while delivery is pending. For deleted accounts, customer names, phone numbers and delivery addresses are erased after delivery or cancellation. Financial amounts, purchased items, payment history and reference IDs remain for accounting and legal obligations. Required booking and receipt records are also retained. A non-login reference preserves the financial history; other users' contributions are not deleted. Contact support for questions about legally required records or applicable retention.
